Dynamic SCORM
Dynamic SCORM is not currently available in production. It is being redesigned, and this page will be replaced with a comprehensive guide when the final functionality is released.
Dynamic SCORM is designed for courses that need routine updates after they have been added to an LMS. The planned hosted delivery model will let you publish supported course changes from Slate without uploading another LMS package each time.
Planned availability
Section titled “Planned availability”Dynamic SCORM will be available only on the Pro plan at launch. Free and Standard plans will not include access.
Usage will be metred, with a generous included allowance for Pro workspaces. The exact allowance, how usage is counted, and options for additional capacity will be published at release.
What the release guide will cover
Section titled “What the release guide will cover”The final guide will document:
- Formats and tracking - supported SCORM versions and LMS reporting
- Publishing workflow - how to create, upload, and update a package
- Package replacement - which changes require another LMS upload
- Requirements - internet access and subscription dependencies
- Usage - how usage is measured, the included Pro allowance, and additional capacity options
Until Dynamic SCORM launches, use Standard SCORM export for production courses.
