Analytics
Analytics give you visibility into how viewers interact with your tracked links. See who viewed your course, how far they got, and whether they completed it.
Viewing analytics
Section titled “Viewing analytics”- Open your course and go to Share & Track
- Click on any tracked link to see its viewer data
Summary metrics
Section titled “Summary metrics”At the top of the analytics view, you’ll see aggregate stats for the selected link:
- Total - number of unique viewers
- Completed - viewers who finished the course
- In Progress - viewers who started but haven’t finished
- Consented - viewers who opted in to email (if consent is enabled)
Viewer data table
Section titled “Viewer data table”The data table shows individual viewer records with:

| Last Accessed | When the viewer last opened the course |
You can search the table by name or email, and sort by any column.
Exporting data
Section titled “Exporting data”Click Export CSV to download all viewer data for a tracked link. The export includes name, email, progress percentage, completion status, last access time, and consent status. Use this for reporting, importing into other tools, or sharing with stakeholders.
Completion logic
Section titled “Completion logic”- Courses without an assessment - a viewer is marked as completed when they have viewed all lessons
- Courses with an assessment - a viewer must view all lessons and pass the assessment to be marked as completed
