PDF Export
PDF export generates a printable document version of your course. Use it when learners need offline reference materials, when stakeholders want a document to review, or when you need a static record of course content.
When to use PDF export
Section titled “When to use PDF export”- Printed materials - provide physical handouts or reference guides
- Stakeholder review - share course content with people who don’t need the interactive experience
- Compliance records - maintain a static document record of training content
- Offline reference - give learners a downloadable reference they can access anywhere

- Text content, headings, and lists

Limitations
Section titled “Limitations”- No interactivity - interactive elements like accordions, tabs, flip cards, and knowledge checks are not included in the PDF
- No tracking - PDF exports do not report completion, scores, or progress
- No video or audio - media embeds cannot be represented in a PDF
- Static format - the PDF is a snapshot of the course at the time of export and does not update automatically
